Wingate by Wyndham Calgary Airport

I liked that it was close to the airport and that there was a shuttle available every half hour 24 hours a day and that I was able to leave my car in the parking lot while I was away. Starting at 6am, breakfast with a variety of food from all four food groups and beverage (coffee, tea, juice, milk). Also the little market where you could buy snacks and frozen dinners when the restaurant next door is not open. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. One of the cleaners even helped me steer my luggage cart around the corner!

It is nice hotel near airport with excellent free shuttle to and from airport! There is possibility of free breakfast and they have a small wending shop too. Our Room was well equipped and the Lobby was good. We loved the notice about not smoking or you pay 500 USD 👌👍 From our window we saw nice encounter between a Rabbit and a chickmunk or beaver

Being a Airport hotel I figured the plane noise I would hear, but I didn't. I had a little fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was better then I expected. Shuttle worked out very well to the airport. I was picked up and dropped off early morning. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I have a lay over for one night.

Facilities were good. Breakfast was good. We just had issues with the shuttle. We phoned to say we were waiting. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes which was okay. When the shuttle arrived and before we could get to it, it drove off. I phoned again and stated that the shuttle had barely stopped before it drove off and asked to have it return for us. We had to stand outside for another 30 minutes for it to return again. Due to having an early flight the next morning, we got less sleep than we had hoped for.

The room itself was very very nice! I did notice the towels were a bit old and raggedy but other than that it was lovely. It was huge!
